My reviews and accompanying imagery will be shared across my social media platforms. If my post features press or PR products this will be clearly disclosed at the foot of the post. *I reserve the right not to review PR products/s if, after trying it I feel it’s not right for me.

I’m happy to accept sponsored posts that align with The Beauty Spyglass values and ethics. If you would like to partner on paid content or advertising please email hello@samanthaabbott.co.uk with your budget and we can discuss ideas or any specifics you would like included.
How we can work together –
Instagram content options (@bysamanthaabbott):
1) Dedicated feature post – your product or item will be the sole feature of the post and no other brand will be mentioned. Fees apply.
2) Product placement:
If you prefer a low-key approach then a product placement style post is an option – your product or item will appear in my organic content with a tag and mention. Reduced fees apply.
3) Video content:
If you would like dedicated video content (as in an Instagram reel, or short video), and will be of the highest quality. I’m happy to create the relevant content around your product or item. Fees apply.
Social media ad disclosure:
As a legal requirement for transparency and to align with current ASA guidelines, all paid/sponsored social media content including PR (public relations) products or samples will be disclosed in the following manner:
Ad – Paid partnership – contractually obliged to post or feature the product/s or item. I may also add the paid partnership tag – (Instagram only).
Ad – No obligation to post or feature the product/s or item.
Payment terms
If a payment contract isn’t offered after a partnership is confirmed, you will be invoiced for payment on receipt of PR products/samples for the agreed fee. I will then try the product/s (if skincare) for a period of four weeks, or for a specified period of time. You can make payment at any point during the 4-weeks prior to publishing. (Payment details can be found on the invoice). If cleared payment isn’t received, the post will not be published or shared. Once payment is received, the content will be published and shared socially as previously agreed.
NB. For items other than skincare, i.e. jewellery, homeware, clothing, I will aim to publish any content as soon as possible and invoice 24 hours prior to publishing. The content/imagery will be shared after payment is received.
Image copyright guidelines for blog articles and/or social media posts.
As a photographer, I’m passionate about the images used here on The Beauty Spyglass blog and across my social media accounts. All imagery will always be my own, (unless otherwise stated) and In this case, the image/s will be clearly linked to its source/owner to align with image use and copyright law.
If you require or intend to use the accompanying images for web, social or print, separate usage fees will apply. In this instance, the imagery will be uploaded to a private online gallery where you can view and purchase the photos you require. You will be granted a personal use license to use the images for (but not limited to) web, social media and print purposes. Accompanying Images are not to be used or shared (other than Instagram stories) without explicit prior consent. Full copyright remains with myself (Samantha Abbott – The Beauty Spyglass founder).

All outbound blog links will be set to “no-follow” or “sponsored” to align with Google Best Practice for paid promotion. Views/opinions are strictly unbiased and always my own. For more information on Google link guidelines click here.
